PATRICK HEAGNEY

Patrick began his real estate career in 2004 in South Florida after remodeling his first home. Over the next 15+ years he has expanded his role as a Real Estate Sales Associate to a small business owner responsible for property investments, management and construction. He has developed a professional reputation as a leader who negotiates for win-win solutions. His innate skills in organizing, planning, and delivering initiatives has allowed him to successfully fulfill various roles as a Real Estate Agent. He has been recognized for his volunteer efforts to promote community well-being, from fundraisers to one-on-one mentoring of youth. He is a military veteran of the USAF. And when not doing real estate, this native born Brooklynite likes to ski, bike, hike and trail run.
