JOHN SPEARE

John Speare is a new addition to the Micah Pearson team, but no stranger to real estate sales and Utah. He moved to Utah from New York to follow his love of skiing and outdoors, and worked professionally as a Ski Patrolman at Snowbird for over 10 years. He started working with fellow professionals helping with equipment sales, and that lead into a full-time sales position selling to retail accounts for a major ski equipment company. After extensive travel over a 6-state territory, John moved into real estate sales to be closer to his family, and the mountains he loved. After over 10 years helping both buyers and sellers with home purchases, John moved on in sales to follow other pursuits. He is now returning to work with real estate buyers and sellers to follow his love of real estate and home sales. Always ready to listen and help answer real estate questions from homeowners in the ever-changing real estate market, he is excited to help buyers and sellers as they look for their next home.
